We sometimes face with such case, sender gave help, but receiver didn't give any answer in message box and didn't confirm getting help. No any answer from receiver and his manager. 
Managers, we ask you to check orders of your participants. 
Sender lost his time because of you by waiting, and we take time for check. Be responsible. We will take actions to such participants. 
Receiver when you push button to get help and got request check it. If you got help - confirm it - if not write about this in message box and email to CRO for check and attach bank statement. 
In soon new button about fake slip will be ready in Virtual account. If sender attached fake slip receiver will push this button and CRO will see this request and block sender after checking. It will take less time for check now.  We blocked such participants forever. Frouders you don't have any chances to cheat Mavrodians. After cleaning there is a little fraud case in system. It's very good.

Participants began to complain about some managers. These Managers are frauds. 

1) They substituted a bank in their participant accounts. They have changed participant’s requisites on their own one and fleeced an account. And took all the assistance. http://prntscr.com/28f3ea

2) Managers, who have access to the accounts of participants taking advantage of their trust, replaced their phone numbers and e-mail to another. Also indicated their bank in chat, when getting help. These frauds are forbidden system. Only the recipient is eligible to receive assistance.

3) Some managers have created many accounts. In one account, they get help and invest this money again in other; thereby they cycle the same money in the system and receive ref. and manager bonuses. This hammers a system.

Greetings to Mavrodians!

So, all the technical problems with Virtual Accounts have finished and we work in normal mode.
Therefore CRO now has time to restore order in the structures and to improve system performance.
Some of participants refuse to do transfers and they become blocked and so after they turn to CRO with apply to unlock them.
They write any reasons but very often didn’t have time. We will punish such participants from today.
Because of you participants can get timely assistance at the time when they need it desperately.
We shall delete their bought and not confirmed MAVRO after unblocking their Accounts by reason of no transfer funds to participants.
